A copy of the subject's degree was faxed over by the Client's Representative,          , and the University was re-contacted:

The Assistant Registrar,           , said the subject's copy of the "degree" was fraudulent. The entire format was not what they use. She said the differences were as follow:

1) Their format has                   UNIVERSITY all in caps and it is straight across the degree, not rounded.

2)                         goes at the bottom of the degree, not directly below                  University as is on the copy.

3) The three signatures at the bottom are on file at the University and none of them match those that are on the subject's degree.

A) The Chairman, Board of Trustees, Timothy                 , was not authorized to sign a      degree until 12/18/1993 and then he signed it as Tim .

B) The Secretary, Board of Trustees, never signed a degree.

C)                                   is listed as the President. The title would be President of      Trustees and the president at the time, 5/1980, was Robert                      .
     Arthur                      is currently the president.

4) The subject's "degree" indicates he received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science. They do not issue this type of degree. Computer Science is through the School of Science and those degrees are an AS, a BS, or a BS in Chemistry.

5) The subject's "degree" lists he received it on 5/29/1980. Diplomas issued in 1980 were issued on commencement day, which was 5/17/1980.
