Employment Verification:
Fax us the application and we check up to 3 employments within 5 years. In order to provide the best possible information, you will need to FAX a copy of the application (and resume). This will provide us with names of former employers, names of supervisors and telephone numbers and all pertinent information.

Two types of reports are available. An in-depth narrative interview with the named supervisor or a simple check list through the Human Resources Department.

Criminal Record Check:
We search the county or repository that best applies to the addresses for the applicant. We search 7 years and recommend 5 years of addresses be covered. We search both felonies and misdemeanors (where available), arrests and convictions. We need full name, (any other names used and how long ago), DOB, SSN and addresses within the last 5 years (and how long at each one).

Social Security Trace:
Provides addresses from which the applicant has applied for credit. Will also show if the number is a legitimately issued social security number. We need the given Social Security Number.

Credit Report:
Full credit report from the Experian Credit Bureau. We need name, address, social security number and signed authorization from the applicant. A signed FCRA notification from each client ordering credit reports has to be on file with us prior to the report being accessed.

Workers Compensation:
Information available varies from State to State. Approximately 30 states offer access. We need name and SSN. All clients must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act prior to ordering these reports.

Driving Records:
Available in all jurisdictions except Washington State. We need name, DOB, driver license number and State of Issue.

Academic Degrees / Attendance:
Done on all levels to include Universities, High Schools and GED's. We need the name and location of the institution, name of the applicant at the time they were in school, DOB, SSN, and if applicable, degree obtained. Some schools are done by an outsource company that charges a fee which is in addition to our fees.
